my book gets political!

It's not often that I get THIS giddy over stumbling upon a book mention in the news. This one, though, makes me smile. A lot. If you know me, then you'll know why. I won't get into a long political rant on George W. but I will say this--no, I didn't vote for him and yes, I've attended several protests. So, this is just the best thing ever. George really is upside down.

Just scroll to the end. You won't be disappointed!

Long live the book that I thought was dead! Doing the political dirty work! Yes!

(Sorry about the deleted posts--I was trying to make a link, but I can't make the HTML tag work....)

Wow--Randy Graf is a local. Too funny!

If he was criticizing Bush, though, I suspect it was only because he's even further to the right. Very much hoping he doesn't win the election in question.

Yeah, I figured that photo might be a fake... but I put it on because I thought it would be a funny intro to my bit. The article about my book, George Upside Down, is not a fake! True, the guy who received my book is a republican and I probably don't agree with most of his opinions, but I DO agree that Bush is upside down so that's why it makes me happy!

Megan, great response! Very diplomatic.

I thought this post was hilarious and GREAT -- children's books being used to bash W, YES! I also thought I had posted this comment the day your post appeared ....
